This workshop weaves anatomy, mobility, deep breathing sessions to calm and clear past trauma and receive tools to make room for healing.
During the 5-week emotional detox workshop, we will:
Dive into how breathing properly is essential to our well being, &
learn how certain types of breathing calms the nervous system, while others release feelings of all kinds.
You will need to bring water/water bottle and a journal/notebook. Mats are provided, unless you’d prefer to bring your own.
Class starts Monday September 26th @ 6:45-8:00 and continues for 5 weeks.
