Whether you’ve never done yoga before or you want to re-visit the foundations of the practice, here’s your chance!

This 6-week series will explore basic yoga postures, investigate the use of props, and help you discover the connection of mind, body, and breath that is yoga.

For seasoned yoga practitioners, entering a beginners’ class with a beginner’s mind is a potent way to live life, without expectations and full of possibilities. Use this series to look into your stories and habits, and with loving kindness, begin to let them go.
