The crowd pleasers! Our team has decades of experience on the mat, and these classes are a combination of movement and breath to help you maximize your mind-body benefit. Classes range in modality and level, but our team is ready to help you adapt and be successful in any class.
These classes are part of any Mat Class Membership (MAT).
Pilates with Resistance – Springboard
Springboards are simple to use, but have varied benefits. Get all the core work of a traditional Pilates mat class, but with the push/pull resistance of the super-smooth springs. Springboard is especially great for hip and lower back stabilization and shoulder mobility.
These classes are available for free trial and with a Springboard Membership (SBD).
Group Equipment- Pilates Circuit
It’s play time. From the Cadillac to the Wunda-chair to the reformers, this class will introduce you to all of the equipment used in traditional Pilates- with a Precision Pilates & Yoga flair. Specialized training with the fun and economy of a small group.
These classes are available for a free trial and with a Group Equipment Membership (GPE).

Pilates caters for everyone, from beginner to advanced. You can perform exercises using your own body weight, or with the help of various pieces of equipment.
